Terms of Use
Note: the numbering (1), (2) … is for ease of reference only and does not affect the meaning of any clause.
1. Parties and scope
(1)Party: Gucan Technology (Ganzhou) Co., Ltd., Unified Social Credit Code 91360704MAKLNF5HX9. Registered details are on the About page. “We” or “the site” refers to this company and website.
(2)Scope: these terms apply to browsing, search, forms and email contact on the public pages of www.gucan.com.cn.
(3)Mini program: courses, practice, materials and services inside the WeChat mini program are governed by the rules shown in the mini program. If those rules conflict with these terms, the mini program rules govern that service.
(4)Acceptance: by accessing or using the site you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
(5)Age: the site is intended for adults with full civil capacity. If you are under 18, use it with the consent and guidance of a guardian. The site is not directed to children under 14; see the Privacy Policy.
2. Service and its nature
(1)The site provides free, public educational and exam-preparation information: career-stage explanations, exam subject structures, study methods, placement and work checklists, and forms for partnership or questions.
(2)The site does not provide medical advice, imaging diagnosis, exam registration services, result lookups, certificate handling, online payment, ordering, paid membership or advertising.
(3)Outlines, chapter counts and study hours shown here are structural or scheduling references; they do not mean the corresponding textbook text or course is available in full on this site.
(4)Official exam dates, eligibility, subject settings and policy always follow the formal documents issued by the competent authority, examination body or your own institution.
(5)Courses, practice and materials are provided in the mini program; their content and rules are shown there. The website does not collect any payment on their behalf.
3. Acceptable use
(1)You must comply with applicable laws and public order, and must not use the site for unlawful activity or to infringe the rights of others.
(2)Do not submit or distribute patient information, medical records, original images, identity numbers, bank details, biometric data, home addresses or information about minors, or any information about others that you are not entitled to disclose.
(3)Do not give clinical advice, recommend treatment, judge a medical condition, or impersonate a hospital, examination authority or official.
(4)Do not scrape the site in bulk, bypass access controls, interfere with its operation, or attempt to obtain administrative access.
(5)Do not use the content for commercial republication, paid products, model training or datasets without written permission.
(6)If you breach these rules, we may remove content, restrict submissions or take lawful action.
4. Content you submit
(1)Submitting a form is voluntary. You confirm that what you submit is truthful, lawful and does not infringe copyright, privacy, personal-information or other rights.
(2)To reply to you, organise recurring questions and improve the site, you grant us the right to store, copy, organise and display your submission in de-identified form to the extent necessary. This does not transfer ownership, and does not permit us to publish your contact details.
(3)We do not publish partnership enquiries, community questions or placement logs in their original form. When we write up a recurring question, identifying details are removed.
(4)We may delete content that contains patient information, another person’s private information or material that may not lawfully be processed, and may refuse further submissions.
(5)Personal-information handling, retention and your rights are governed by the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
(1)Original text, layout, illustrations, page code and the “Gucan” mark are owned by Gucan Technology (Ganzhou) Co., Ltd. or lawful rights holders.
(2)Exam syllabi, national standards and policy documents belong to their issuing bodies. We quote them by original summary, excerpt or link, and attribute the source where possible.
(3)You may browse, print or excerpt the site for personal study and exam preparation, provided the source is retained. Commercial republication, bulk distribution or passing content off as your own is not permitted.
(4)Without written permission, the content may not be used to train AI models, build question banks or create data products.
6. Changes, suspension and termination
(1)We may adjust, update or withdraw pages and features for content planning, policy changes or maintenance, and will aim to show the update date on the page.
(2)Service may be interrupted by maintenance, network faults, force majeure or security incidents. We will aim to restore it promptly but do not promise uninterrupted service.
(3)The site has no user accounts. If you breach these terms, we may restrict form submissions, remove content or stop providing the service to you.
(4)After termination, personal information is still handled under the Privacy Policy, and records required by law are retained.
7. Liability boundary
(1)We proofread the content reasonably, but cannot guarantee that every item is complete, accurate or suitable for your circumstances at all times. Report errors to open@gucantech.cn and we will check and correct them.
(2)The site may link to official or third-party pages. Those pages are controlled by their operators; we do not guarantee their availability, accuracy or personal-information practices.
(3)To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or loss of expected benefit arising from use of, or inability to use, the site.
(4)The previous sentence does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for loss caused intentionally or by gross negligence, personal injury, or any liability that law requires us to bear.
(5)These disclaimers and limitations are highlighted in bold and in a separate notice. If anything is unclear, contact us for an explanation.
8. Changes, disputes and contact
(1)Changes: when these terms are updated we will show the new version and effective date on this page, and give prominent notice at least 7 days before it takes effect. Material changes affecting your rights will be explained more prominently. If you disagree, stop using the site.
(2)Previous versions: available on request at open@gucantech.cn.
(3)Governing law: the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules).
(4)Disputes: the parties should first try to resolve a dispute by negotiation. If that fails, either party may bring proceedings in the competent people’s court at the registered address of Gucan Technology (Ganzhou) Co., Ltd. Mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules prevail where applicable.
